The Aven Parallel Action Pliers work with a compound lever action, and provide a grip that remains consistently parallel along the full length of the jaws when opened or closed. Ideal for holding and gripping wire, these 130mm (5"), popular parallel action pliers have nickel-plated handles with jaws made of hardened steel. The thin, flat nose jaws are serrated with a maximum opening of 10mm (0.4") and feature a V-Slot that runs down the center of one jaw for holding wire. The built-in wire cutter will cut soft wire up to 2.5mm (0.1").
